WORKSHOPS

Workshops are normally 2-3 hours long and focus on a particular aspect or intention within the tree of yoga. A wonderful way to deepen your practice.

STRING THE BOW

SATURDAY 29TH JUNE 2-4 PM AT MUDRA YOGA LONDON

photo_0033.jpg

In this heart awakening workshop we flow with purpose through a strengthening and spacious vinyasa krama sequence through Bow pose, in sanskrit Dhanurasana, towards the epic peak pose of Natarajasana. This posture, also known as Lord of the Dance, offers us the opportunity for deep transformation through its ask and task of full body awakening- facing up to the challenge of deep change through both bold backbends and sensitive balance.

Anchored by a little philosophy and aligned with the insight of self study- this prop supported session will lubricate and lengthen the bow of the body and help us find the right effort needed to to amplify our hearts calling into arrow-like awareness in action.

This is quite a deep practice, so some experience in yoga is recommended. 48hr cancellation.
