Bess is currently transitioning from a life by the sea and surf back towards the city for a period of time- bringing some sunshine to the UK! Having spent the last ten years, supporting, travelling, teaching yoga and being in the flow of life internationally helping to create nourishing and memorable experiences for those who she encounters by sharing the method of yoga. For the last few years she has been working with the renowned and incredible surf and yoga retreat family Soul and Surf and explorative yoga company Adventure Yogi as well as sharing her own retreats. Come and join us at Soul & Surf for a stretch and get rolled in the waves with us at one of our incredible locations in Sri Lanka, India or Portugal.
