Bija is a light, cosy and beautiful space for creative healing modalities. We offer 1 to 1 holistic and restorative treatments including 1 on 1 yoga and breathwork classes, a variety of massage therapies and bodywork, reiki, tarot, the mystic arts and sound healing in the heart of Stoke Newington. Our thoughtfully designed room is peaceful and clean, with windows and its own bathroom to give you the most relaxing experience so you can fully connect, receive and be.

All our local practitioners are wondereous beings whose incredible skill and sensitivity reflect a depth of embodiment within their craft. Knowledgeable, intuitive and experienced in their field, they offer potent and appropriate treatments in response to your need working to harmonise body, mind and spirit.

Covid 19: Masks are essential in communal spaces and you are invited to wash your hands upon entering the building . Bija will be well ventilated and cleaned between staggered appointments. Therapists can wear a mask upon request. And of course we ask you not to book if you are feeling unwell!
